These general Terms of Service establish the overarching contractual framework governing your access to and interaction with the Dhaulix website, software binaries, downloadable packages, and related digital services. When you access our website or download any Dhaulix product, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these terms alongside our Privacy Policy and relevant product-level terms. Our philosophy is rooted in long-term craftsmanship and mutual respect. We do not operate on predatory monetization, dark patterns, or surveillance capitalism. If you do not agree with these terms in their entirety, you should discontinue using our website and uninstall our applications immediately.

If you elect to register an account with Dhaulix, you warrant that all submitted registration details are truthful, current, and complete. Because we uphold high standards of cryptographic privacy, your authentication credentials, recovery keys, and master passphrases serve as the sole gateway to your synchronized data. You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, protecting device physical access, and utilizing robust, unique passcodes. We cannot restore access to end-to-end encrypted vaults if you misplace your private decryption keys, as our zero-knowledge architecture ensures our engineers cannot access your plain-text secret materials. You agree to notify Dhaulix Support immediately upon identifying any suspected credential breach or unauthorized access associated with your account.

All visual assets, interfaces, typography implementations, animations, custom iconography, software architectures, documentation, and source code comprising Dhaulix and its respective applications are the exclusive intellectual property of Dhaulix and its creators, protected under domestic and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition statutes. The Dhaulix brand mark, mountain crest emblem, product names (including Authix, Planix, Subx, Mealix, and future releases), slogans, and domain assets may not be copied, imitated, or utilized in commercial promotions, third-party distribution packages, or confusingly similar services without express prior written consent. Certain auxiliary components, open-source libraries, and permissive utilities incorporated into our software are licensed under designated open-source notices (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or BSD). Nothing in these terms diminishes your statutory rights or liberties granted under the specific terms of those respective open-source licenses.

Dhaulix firmly champions absolute user sovereignty: you retain complete, exclusive, and uncompromised intellectual property ownership over all text, files, notes, metadata, financial records, and personal documents you generate, store, or process within our software. We assert zero ownership, copyright, or moral rights over your user content. Because Dhaulix employs a client-first, on-device data paradigm, your content remains stored locally on your physical hardware unless you voluntarily activate an optional cloud sync or export pipeline. We do not read, index, analyze, tokenize, or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models on your personal user content under any circumstances. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary legal rights and clearances for any materials you process using Dhaulix tools, and that your content does not violate applicable intellectual property laws, defamation standards, or criminal statutes. You remain exclusively liable for maintaining independent offline backups of your vital information.

Dhaulix applications, digital platforms, websites, and associated documentation are provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Dhaulix disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. While we exercise rigorous engineering care to deliver robust, high-performance software, we do not warrant that product operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune to malicious interference, or compatible with every hardware and operating system configuration. Unanticipated bugs, operating system deprecations, or network disruptions may occasionally affect software availability. You expressly acknowledge that your reliance on any computations, reminders, authentication tokens, or planning insights generated by Dhaulix applications is conducted solely at your own discretion and risk. You are strongly advised to verify critical information independently and maintain redundant safeguards.

To the maximum extent permitted by prevailing statutory legislation, in no event shall Dhaulix, its founders, engineers, affiliates, or licensors be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our software or web platforms. This limitation encompasses, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, commercial goodwill, data corruption, hardware failure, work stoppage, or expenditure incurred for substitute digital goods, regardless of legal theory (whether sounding in contract, tort, strict liability, negligence, or otherwise), even if Dhaulix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
