Does Dhaulix sell personal data?+
No, never. Dhaulix was founded specifically to counteract surveillance capitalism. We do not monetize personal data, broker user metrics to advertisers, or participate in cross-app tracking networks. Our business is sustained exclusively through honest, direct software sales and transparent subscriptions.
Where is app data stored?+
By default, your data is stored exclusively on your local device hardware inside the application's isolated sandboxed storage. If you choose to enable an optional cloud sync feature, data is encrypted on your device with your private keys before transmission, ensuring our servers only ever handle opaque, unreadable ciphertext.
Can I delete my data permanently?+
Yes. Every Dhaulix application includes native deletion controls that permanently erase local data files and destroy corresponding encryption keys. Because we do not store your plain-text data on central servers, executing a local deletion immediately and irrevocably destroys your records.
Are cloud backups or sync mandatory?+
Never. Cloud synchronization and online backup are 100% optional in all Dhaulix applications. If you prefer to stay entirely offline, our tools will operate with full computational capability, localized search, and complete feature access without ever contacting an external server.
