Privacy and data requests
The currently implemented request intake is the Dhaulix contact form. It can deliver a message to the configured support recipient after anti-abuse verification. It is not an automated account-deletion, export, or consent-management system.
Submit a request
Use the contact form, select “Support” or “General”, and state whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of newsletter consent, or a privacy grievance. Include only the information needed to identify the request; do not send passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes or other secrets.

- The configured recipient should verify the request and identify which website or app data is in scope.
- Until an operational case-management process is deployed, response timing, identity verification, deletion and vendor follow-up cannot be guaranteed from this repository.
- If your request concerns Authix, product data handling is not yet evidenced here; it requires product-team investigation before a response can be completed.
